ALEiens Big Brew Day will be held on May 7, 2023
@ Iron Hill Newtown (2920 S. Eagle Rd Newtown, PA)
the day after American Homebrewers Association 26th Anniversary Big Brew Day.

Iron Hill will provide water @~170F and electricity (120V) needed to brew.
ALEiens will host a water consultation table where you can consult with Mike Grippi on water additions. Calcium Carbonate, Calcium Chloride, Sodium Bicarbonate, Gypsum, Epsom Salt, Citric Acid and Lactic Acid will be provided.

Like past years, Aleiens will also host a Big Brew Day competition!
Iron HIill will provide Each brewer with 4 oz of Galaxy hops and Chico or Kveik Yeast.
Brewers can add additional hops and brew any style.
Entries are due at the June 27 ALEiens meeting. The winner will be selected by Iron Hill to be brewed and served at the Newtown location.

If you can't make it that day let us know and we can work out how to get ingredients.

AHA has recipes available and you can pledge how much you will be brewing to have a total count nation wide for the day!
