Set up between 8 - 9am, Mash in around 9:30am.​​
The Details
Broad Street Brewing will provide:

Strike water

ALEiens will host a water consultation table where you can consult with Mike Grippi on water additions.

Calcium Carbonate, Calcium Chloride, Sodium Bicarbonate, Gypsum, Epsom Salt, Citric Acid and Lactic Acid will be provided.

Cold water for chilling post-boil
-
120v electric
What you need to bring:

Your brewing equipment

Any ingredients you want

Extension cords if electric​. Every brewer must be on a different outlet.

Propane if, well, propane.

Garden hose(s) for connecting to cold water hookups

Pop-up tent for shade
The ALEiens Big Brew Competition
Like past years, ALEiens will be hosting an in-club competition around Big Brew Day. The rules are simple:

Brew any style you want.

You must complete part of your brew at Big Brew Day!

Entries are due at the June 30 meeting.
​
NOTE: You do NOT need to participate in the
competition portion of Big Brew Day.
Just come out and brew!
