You couldn't attach it directly to the fridge, you would have to drill through the door and then put in a shank piece, but you could then attach the faucet to the shank.

Last night I racked my 3 1/2 gallons of Framboise. I started this framboise at least 3 years ago, maybe more. About 6 months ago or so, I added about 3 Lbs of frozen Raspberries to it along with another tube of White Labs Sour Mix. I did this becaus…

I've read all sorts of things... from weeks to 6 months or more and sometimes never. Apparently all that the pellicle indicates is the presense of oxygen. Here's a quote from the Mad Fermentationist's Blog (Brewing Sour Beer at Home):

I have never used a pure Brett or another commercial sour mix/culture, but have added some Orval dregs to a batch of Belgian double. It did form a Pellicle, for what it's worth. It took a while.
