What kind of yeast did you use? Some ale yeasts, especially English, work quick then drop out of solution.

nice. What kind of efficiency does the Pub system get. I am just wondering compared to a homebrew set up.
I've actually never made this recipe. The grain bill and hops were based on percentages and such......but the commercial version turns out to be 1.062-65. I think this recipe might be a touch stronger than that.
