Brewing Sign-ups

*Please wear an ALEiens t-shirt to Club Night*

Anyone who is attending the NHC is able to go to Club Night. If you are an ALEien, you will need to be available to pour beers for attendees.  We'll have a sign up sheet the night of Club Night for time frames of who is pouring at what time.  You'll all be able to pour beers to attendees and walk around and enjoy the night!

*The beers will be sampled on 6/18, mainly looking for any infection issues.

Here's the breakdown:

  • 12 Taps total
  • at least 2 corny (ball lock?) kegs per tap
    • You can brew 1 10 gallon batch if you wish (some of you had expressed interest in this), or you can just do 1 (or more) 5 gallon batches.
  • Past Present Future: 6 taps (shooting for at least 12 kegs)
    • 3 Saisons
      • Past: 3-4.5%
      • Present: 5-7%
      • Future: 8+% (feel free to do additions or anything else to make it "futuristic")
    • 3 IPAs
      • Past: English IPA (BJCP style 14A)
      • Present: West Coast IPA
      • Future: IPA highlighting a new hop/new addition (herbs; spices; fruits; coffees; etc)
  • Free-for-all: 6 taps (shooting for at least 12 kegs)
    • Brew what you want; just let us know what it is and how much you're brewing

Please sign up below, and let us know: 1) what you're brewing; 2) how much you're brewing (if it's not mentioned, we'll assume 5gal/entry).

Naked Brewing has offered to force-carb any kegs, so this is a great opportunity for some of you to get into kegging. All  you need to buy right now is a ball-lock corny, and we'll get it carbed for you.
