ALEiens Homebrew Club

Spreading the Joys of Home Brewing Throughout Philadelphia and the Universe!

So I just thought I'd let the store know that they have all my business now. I went in to one of the "other" stores in Montgomeryville and got some grain for my Brown Ale recipe. They didn't include my chocolate malt (and maybe crystal 40), and I didn't realize until sparge time, now I have a Pale Ale. I just brewed a Pale Ale yesterday, so now I have a mistake beer.

AND that would be the third time this year that happened. ARRGH!
