ProBrewer.com is a great site with a ton of information. I always love looking at the Brewing equipment for sale. One day I will get that 7BBL system in my basement. :)

My favorite advice from that article is actually the last bit of advice (and there was a ton of it in that article).

"Before starting any project or process, make sure you have everything you need to complete it. It's never good to get halfway through before realizing you're short a vital part or ingredient. "

This is something I truly need to work on. Will help my brew day be less stressful.
