Mead Presentation on the 25th of May 2010
The attached file is the presentation I gave on Mead. As you will notice, I have added a couple of recipes to it and a note or two. Just remember that I have only been doing this a little over a year and I am still a very young Padawan. It will be many years before I become the Master. So, you may throw whatever questions you may have at me and I may not have all the answers. However, I do know who to ask or where to get info.
