BeerAlchemy is what I use. I love it. They have a try before buy download too.

I second that recommendation. The product works excellently and the guy that wrote it seems to keep it updated with patches. It doesn't have the full recipe library like Beer Tools Pro but I think the usability makes up for that. I tend to pull my recipes from elsewhere anyway.

Also, they now have an iPhone app too called Brewmath which gives you all the calculators from BeerAlchemy right on your phone when you are outside brewing and need them.
