I will be hosting a discussion on growing the culture to make homemade Kombucha (a fermented tea) at this March's meeting. If anyone who already knows a little bit about kombucha and always wanted to try it, I can bring in some mother cultures for you to bring home. I just need to know how many people to make them for.
