Well with Thanksgiving and Christmas coming around the corner, I am beginning to think that since I am now in month 5 of brewing, and my first holiday since beginning this fun hobby, I should think about making a batch or 2 to share with family and friends around the upcoming holidays.

My question is does anyone have any recommendations for holiday brews? I still do not have a fridge to keep my carboy in, so currently I am restricted to making room temperature fermentation brews and have been doing partial extract batches with grains. Any ideas would be welcomed!
