I think I am going to go buy a brew kettle today. Anyone have any thoughts on the Blichmann kettles? I am still torn between a 15 and a 20 gallon.

Blichmann's are real nice.

What size batches are you doing? I do mostly 6 gallon. 15 is good for that. 20 would be too much. My 15 also handles normal 10 gallon batches, you just need to keep an eye when it starts to boil. Once it's going, it boils 12 gallon easily.
The plan is to start doing 10 gallon batches. After seeing how much easier it is to brew with two people at Big Brew Day I plan brewing 10 gallons and splitting it. I may occasionally still do five gallons batches but I could use my current turkey fryer pot.

I also wonder if I will need to get a different burner...........
I ended up picking up the 15 gal along with the screen.
