ALEiens pick up 5 medals at Stoney Creek Homebrewers competition

Congratulations to Christian Mosebach and Dan Noon for the medals they won today at the Stoney Creek Homebrewers Amateur Brewing Championship!

Christian picked up a Silver for his American Amber and two Bronzes for his California Common and German Pilsner.

Dan picked up a Gold for his Pumpkin Ale and a Silver for his Saison.

Carl and I judged the event today and I think I can speak for both of us when I say that there were lots of good beers in this competition. It's a credit to Christian and Dan that they did so well amongst so many good beers (252 entries this year).

I think I have a total of 8 oz of hops, 5 bags of different spices and a t-shirt (Flying Dog Porter). I still am waiting for my Hops Bops ribbon. I'm very impressed with how the Stoney Creek Brewers ran their competition.
