Event Description

Join us on Saturday, July 25 at noon for a 4-course Beer Luncheon with the legendary Stone Brewing Company. Lee Marren from Stone will be on-hand to describe the beers and the food pairing. The courses are as follows:

Levitation Ale - Endive and spinach salad with candied pistachios, gorgonzola, and finished with tomato vinaigrette.

Ruination IPA - Slow-smoked spare ribs served with a sweet & spicy barbeque sauce and polenta.

Oaked Arrogant Bastard Ale - Filet mignon sandwich topped with mixed greens and finished with a Southwest aioli.

12th Anniversary Bitter Chocolate Oatmeal Stout - Chocolate cake topped with dark, milk, and white chocolate and raspberry sauce.
